Tasks will include:

• actively acquire, maintain and maintain customer relationships
• active monitoring and attraction of investments carried out in a specially designated area,
• establish contacts and trade negotiations with investment contractors and designers,
• develop detailed offers,
• professional advice and support in the development of projects for object tenders and supervision of their progress,
• preparation and supervision of contract execution,
• implementation of established sales budgets,
• cooperation with company cells to ensure the planned execution of orders,
• conducting technical trainings and participating in exhibitions and conferences,
• creation of investment databases and project offices,
• work in the field and in the home office system.

Requirement:

• higher education (preferably technical or economic), supported by sales results in lighting and electrical engineering,
• knowledge of the lighting and electrical engineering industry, backed up by professional experience and business contacts,
• knowledge of English at the level of free communication is welcome,
• experience in sales in the investment sector,
• knowledge of design and investment processes,
• ability to achieve your goals independently,
• ability to make estimates and plan investments,
• analytical skills,
• sociability and ease of communication,
• experienced Office support,
• Category B driver's license, ready for business trips,
• knowledge of AutoCAD and DIALUX design programs is welcome.
